Today’s jeep excursion to Monte Corrasi, in the wild heart of the Supramonte di Oliena, is a thrilling journey through breathtaking landscapes and ancient traditions.
Departing from the hotel, you’ll travel along dirt roads through holm oak forests, deep gorges, and limestone cliffs shaped by time.
Along the way, there will be short stops to admire the panoramic views and hear stories about the region’s history and natural environment.
The day culminates in a traditional lunch with local shepherds, held in an ancient sheepfold or beneath the shade of trees, featuring Sardinian specialties like porcheddu (roast suckling pig), local cheeses, traditional sweets, and Cannonau wine.
